Youth Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to "Youth Chemical" for brief) is the earliest enterprises located at Yangzhou Chemical Industry Zone. Youth Chemical was founded in 2003. It is the subsidiary of Jiangsu Yangnong Chemical Co., Ltd. Its registered capital is 360million RMB, covering a total area of 666, 000 square meters, mainly engaged in the R&D and production of new high-efficient safety agrochemicals. Now there are 494 employees, with 80% young workers and 70% of them are from junior colleges and polytechnic schools.

Youth Chemical are mainly engaged in manufacturing and application service for 3 series products: The technical, intermediates and formulations products of agricultural pyrethroids, Herbicides and chemicals as well.

Deltamethrin was recommended to be the earliest treasury bond project in replacing of high toxical pesticide by state Development and Reform commission in 2004.
